Set-Up a "Bills" Account

Open a new sub-account or rename an unused account at your bank. 
Name it "Bills"

This account does one job only: it pays your bills. Your pay never lands here, and you never spend from it at the shops. 
It is the plumbing - money flows in on schedule and flows out to the bills.
