Move the Direct Debits

Work down your paper list and point every direct debit at the new "Bills" account. Do it once, top to bottom, then it's done.
Anything that isn't on direct debit - a bill you pay by credit card, BPAY, or any other manual method - is paid from this account too.
One rule, no exceptions: if it's on your list, it comes out of "Bills".
