Set-Up Auto Transfer

The day after pay day, an automatic transfer moves the Total Per Pay figure from your list - plus a 5% buffer - out of the account your pay lands in and into your newly set-up "Bills" account.

Set it up once in your banking app as a recurring transfer, dated the day after you are paid. From then on it happens by itself - you never have to remember it, and the bills money is gone before you can spend it.
