Step 1I have a page with four columns ready to go.

Step 2All my predictable bills are listed down in the Bill Name column.

Step 3I have converted each bill to a yearly figure and know my Total Per Year and Total Per Pay.

Step 4I have opened or renamed a dedicated 'Bills' account.

Step 5I have set up an automatic transfer for the day after I am paid.

Step 6I have seeded the account so early bills are covered.

Step 7Every direct debit and manual payment is set to come out of 'Bills'.
